Application Process

The Erie Psychological Consortium will review applications from students in clinical or counseling doctorate programs.  Application deadline is November 16, 2018th . The internship will begin on the first Monday of August of each year..

Once registered, applicants should submit information via the APPIC Selection/Internship TD Portal – located through the APPIC website at http://www.appic.org/

Applicants should submit the following information for consideration:

  • Application for Psychology Internship (AAPI)
  • Official transcripts of all graduate work
  • Three letters of recommendation
  • A neuropsychological assessment completed by the applicant or clinical psychological assessment completed by the applicant, including tests performed
  • Vitae or resume
  • U. S. citizenship required

To be considered for acceptance, all applicants should provide a summary of training experience in the following areas:

  • Neuropsychological assessment
    Psychological assessment
  • Individual therapy, including preferred orientation and skill level

SELECTION PROCESS: Upon receipt of all materials requested, applications will be reviewed, and candidates will be notified by December 21, 2018 .   Those selected for interview will be provided with further information as to dates and times available.  Candidates not selected for interview will be notified via email on or before December 23rd .
